Description

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure that guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Supervise, motivate, and support F&B staff, ensuring high levels of teamwork and productivity.
  • Schedule staff shifts and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Conduct training and coaching to maintain service standards.
  • Assist in staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Financial & Inventory Management

  • Monitor sales, control costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Assist in achieving revenue targets for the F&B department.
  • Oversee inventory levels, requisitions, and stock control.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and F&B standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of outlets for cleanliness and maintenance.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and promotions.
  • Report to the F&B Manager regarding daily operations, issues, and recommendations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in a hotel).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
