Email Campaign Development & Management:
Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure email templates are optimized for various devices and platforms.
Audience Segmentation & List Management:
Identify target audiences and grow our email subscriber list.
Segment email lists based on behaviors, preferences, and engagement metrics.
Maintain and update email databases for lead generation and nurturing.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration & Compliance:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
Ensure all email communications comply with current best practices and industry regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Over 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with HTML and content management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
