A huge part of that value is being able to support their residents with their tech amenity throughout the lifecycle of their lease. The Resident Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the deployment of resident communications. This includes email, flyers, and landing pages. 

• Become the expert on using Engage and help troubleshoot any problems CS teams have sending resident communications. 
• Manage custom Contentful templates being created by actively archiving old email templates. 
• Manage email links to ensure link tracking is being setup and tracked
• Keep resident communications up to date based on overall resident communications strategy.
• Ensure CS teams always have access to up to date resident marketing materials including: emails, flyers, and landing pages
• Assist in tracking campaign success with Digital Dashboard
• Maintain naming conventions 

• Experience with email marketing tools
• Experience using Contentful for content building
• Exceptional organizational and executive communication skills
• Experience in customer success, digital marketing, project management, or SaaS
• Eager to learn and understand Digital Customer Success strategies
