• Support customers and address inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services with empathy through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Interact with the customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasks.

• Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and keeping informed of any changes.

• Advocate for digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, eSign paperwork, and other digital opportunities as needed.

• Receive guidance from the customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries.

- At least 2nd year in college or Associate Degree

- Completed at least 2 years in college with no failing subjects

- 6 months of BPO experience

- 1 year of experience as a Spanish Customer Service Representative

- Willing to work onsite in BGC

- Must be able to attend the full duration of the required training period

- Ability to work additional hours as needed

- Must work on-site at the posted location

- Flexible with work schedule and arrangements
