- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes.
- Meet performance targets and deadlines consistently.
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, problem-solving abilities, scheduling proficiency, teamwork, technical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and manage schedules.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
