As a Non Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through various channels without direct voice communication.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat

- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
