Customer Support : Refunds & Returns Specialist
Cubao, Quezon City
- Process returns & refunds
- Investigate disputed transactions
- Handle escalated customer concerns (chat, email, phone)
- Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and QA teams
- Ensure accurate documentation & compliance
Qualifications:
- College level or graduate
- At least 1 year customer service experience (E-commerce/Retail/Financial Services preferred)
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Detail-oriented, patient, and professional
