Cubao, Quezon City


  • Process returns & refunds
  • Investigate disputed transactions
  • Handle escalated customer concerns (chat, email, phone)
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and QA teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation & compliance


Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate
  • At least 1 year customer service experience (E-commerce/Retail/Financial Services preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and professional
