- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Assist with product information and order processing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School Diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6mos. call center experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products.
- Working Conditions: Office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure.
