  • Give customers information about products and services.
  • Process orders and calculate charges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review customer accounts and make changes if needed.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
  • Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees when needed.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Management or any related course.
  • With or without work experience
  • Good in communication both orally and in writing.
  • Personable.
