- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and finance teams to resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and CRM tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
