About the Role:

Join our dynamic BPO team and become the voice behind one of the world’s leading food delivery platforms! As a Customer Service Representative, you will help hungry customers, support delivery partners, and assist restaurant vendors—all while delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers, delivery riders, and restaurant partners.
• Assist with order placement, tracking, cancellations, refunds, and account concerns.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, payments, or app functionality with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team leads and quality assurance to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating mobile apps and CRMs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
