Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and processes to ensure consistent service.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • HS Graduate (old curriculum) with AT LEAST 6 months BPO experience
  • SHS graduate and college graduate with or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Average computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite (IT Park)
  • Can work the graveyard shift
  • Can start ASAP
