? We’re Hiring: Project Staff (Claims / AMU / Billing)

? Location: Makati City (Onsite, Monday to Friday)

? Contract: Project-Based for 6 Months

? Openings: 7 slots available – join our growing team!

About the Role

Looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry? Want to be part of a supportive and collaborative team? We’re looking for 7 reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented project staff to help us across three key departments: Claims, Account Management Unit (AMU), and Billing.

This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn the ropes of our operations, and contribute to meaningful work — all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be based in our Makati office and work closely with our in-house experts.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be assigned to one of the following teams and help us keep things running smoothly:

Claims Team
  • Create and log claim numbers for documentation

  • Assist with preparing collectible letters and hospital payments

  • Scan and organize documents of paid claims — hello, digital filing wizard!

Account Management Unit (AMU)
  • Prepare Welcome Kits and Renewal Proposals for our clients

  • Handle emails and calls with professionalism (and a smile!)

  • Release billings and Official Receipts (ORs)

  • Receive endorsements and keep things in order

  • Help manage assigned accounts just like our Account Officers

Billing Team
  • Help prepare and review billing files

  • Reconcile census reports (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!)

  • Keep monitoring files up to date

  • Scan and archive hard copy application forms

  • Assist in preparing manual proof of cover documents

Who We’re Looking For
  • A graduate of any 4-year course (fresh grads are welcome!)

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a fast learner

  • Friendly and a good communicator (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in admin, insurance, or healthcare!
