Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
- Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
- Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and apply them to the company’s operations.
- Assist in policy development and internal legal training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
