Job Description

  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required and Bar Exam Passer.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in legal affairs, litigation, and providing legal advice; strong written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking; experienced in claims and obligations handling.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential court appearances and client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and effective in high-pressure situations.
