Job Requirements

Insurance Account – Canada Market

• 1–2 years International Experience in: Healthcare or Life Insurance
• College Graduate
• Conversive in English Language
• Basic Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱27,000

Allowances:

• ₱2,780 Regular Allowance
• ₱4,200 Taxi Allowance
• 10% Night Differential

Insurance Account – US Market

• 1–2 years International Experience in: Telco, Financial, Healthcare, or Life Insurance
• College Graduate
• Conversive in English Language
• Basic Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000

Allowances:

• ₱2,780 Regular Allowance
• ₱4,200 Taxi Allowance
• 10% Night Differential

Insurance Account – PH Market

• 1–2 years Local or International Experience in: Telco, Financial, Healthcare, or Life Insurance
• College Graduate
• Day Shift Schedule
• Conversive in English Language
• Basic Salary: ₱21,000 – ₱22,000
• Allowance: ₱3,780

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions related to insurance policies, claims, account status, coverage, and billing.
• Accurately update customer information, policy changes, and service requests in the system.
• Clearly explain insurance products, terms, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
