Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service
- Document interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call centre environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in handling calls, managing sales pipelines, and communicating effectively in English.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential shifts; requires familiarity with call centre software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
