Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles and BPO Shared Service.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Management, and Talent Acquisition. BPO Shared Service
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
