Description

  • Primarily source, screen and endorse candidates based on set job responsibilities and qualifications of the new/vacant post.
  • Interview candidates for a wide range of roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to manage shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor the hiring progress and report the status of such.
  • May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.


Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter or similar role.
  • Knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on different recruitment platforms or other social media sites.
