They ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns, processing transactions, and offering solutions based on company policies. BPO Agents must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
