Description

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate office activities and prepare correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and handle data entry.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Perform research and compile reports as needed.
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk operations, MS Office, and strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage scheduling, handle correspondence, provide assistance in office functions, and maintain records.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional overtime as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and possesses strong time management abilities.
