The Administrative Specialist/Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization’s administrative tasks.   • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff members.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation schedules.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to support ongoing functions.
  • Bookkeeping and filing BIR reports

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Preferably Accounting graduate
