Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant – Collections & AR to support our accounts receivable and collections processes.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely payments from clients, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Preferably with experience in AR or admin work
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Computer literate (especially Excel)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Can start ASAP
