Description
- Monitor and manage all accounts receivable activities and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and generate accurate invoices based on contracts or project milestones.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries efficiently.
- Post customer payments and ensure proper allocation of funds in the accounting system.
- Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to validate billing information.
- Suggest improvements in AR processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR
- Preferably with experience in real estate
