Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Organizing and archiving administrative documents, both physical and digital.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings, discussions, or internal activities.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (physical and email).
- Providing administrative support for the needs of the team or related department.
- Assisting in the input and updating of data into the system.
- Communicating and coordinating with other divisions regarding administrative needs.
- Preparing monthly reports, attendance records, and other supporting documents.
- Ordering office supplies and other operational necessities.
Requirements
General Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum high school/vocational school equivalent.
- Preferred graduates with a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience:
- Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess relevant basic skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Able to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of filing systems and document management.
- Able to use email and basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
- Communication Skills:
- Communicative and able to coordinate well with cross-department teams.
- Able to write and prepare simple reports neatly and clearly.
- Additional Skills:
- Detail-oriented, agile, and possessing good time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
- Having initiative and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Personality:
- Disciplined, honest, neat, and possessing good work ethics.
- Professional and polite appearance.
- (Optional):
- Experience using ERP systems, SAP, or other administrative management software is an advantage.
- Proficient in English (basic to intermediate) if required by the company.
