Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Organizing and archiving administrative documents, both physical and digital.
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings, discussions, or internal activities.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (physical and email).
  • Providing administrative support for the needs of the team or related department.
  • Assisting in the input and updating of data into the system.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other divisions regarding administrative needs.
  • Preparing monthly reports, attendance records, and other supporting documents.
  • Ordering office supplies and other operational necessities.


Requirements

General Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Minimum high school/vocational school equivalent.
  • Preferred graduates with a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, or related fields.
  1. Work Experience:
  • Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess relevant basic skills.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Able to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of filing systems and document management.
  • Able to use email and basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Communicative and able to coordinate well with cross-department teams.
  • Able to write and prepare simple reports neatly and clearly.
  1. Additional Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, agile, and possessing good time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
  • Having initiative and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  1. Personality:
  • Disciplined, honest, neat, and possessing good work ethics.
  • Professional and polite appearance.
  1. (Optional):
  • Experience using ERP systems, SAP, or other administrative management software is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (basic to intermediate) if required by the company.
