Job Title: Senior Wallet Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead the team to design and develop wallet systems that meet business requirements and stringent security standards;

Guide the team in researching and implementing new chain technologies and their related wallet solutions;

Develop, maintain, and optimize existing wallet services to ensure stability and efficiency;

Quickly respond to and accurately identify and resolve technical issues with wallet services.

2、参与项目的设计、研发、部署及运维工作、编写相关特性的需求文档；

3、负责编码实现具体功能，并自测交付测试；    

4、能负责数据库的管理维护，保证服务器端系统各种数据的安全稳定能力；

5、对开发任务能做出预估，对突发性出现的问题能够及时追踪、定位和解决；

6、不局限开发语言，积极主动协助团队做好开发任务，有全栈发展规划。

• Analyze target user demographics and develop and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to social media marketing, content marketing, and building partner relationships.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of user growth campaigns, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize user acquisition pathways.
• Design and launch ambassador recruitment initiatives to attract influential individuals or groups to serve as brand ambassadors.
• Develop ambassador training programs to ensure ambassadors comprehend brand philosophy, product features, and promotional strategies, thereby enhancing their professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage ambassador communities, regularly organize online and offline events to strengthen ambassador interaction and cooperation, and motivate ambassadors to contribute high-quality content continuously.
• Monitor ambassador performance, provide feedback, optimize incentive mechanisms, and ensure the effective execution and ongoing growth of the ambassador program.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to ensure market expansion activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

1. License Application and Maintenance:

  - Responsible for the application, renewal, and maintenance of various licenses required by FireLotus worldwide.

  - Track and understand changes in regulatory environments in different countries, and timely adjust FireLotus's compliance strategies.

2. Compliance Program Development:

  - Develop and implement compliance programs and strategies based on industry regulations and team business needs.

  - Regularly assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and make necessary adjustments.

3. Communication with Regulatory Authorities:

  - Serve as the primary liaison between FireLotus and regulatory authorities in various countries, responsible for daily communication and information disclosure.

  - Respond to inspections and audits from regulatory authorities, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

4. Risk Management:

  - Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks that FireLotus may face during operations.

  - Develop and implement risk control measures to mitigate compliance risks.
