Job Summary:

KDCI is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to support our client in managing and growing their presence on marketplaces. This role focuses on account management, sales optimization, and strategic execution to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts, along with a solid understanding of e-commerce trends, SEO, and marketplace advertising strategies.


Responsibilities:

Account Management & Strategic Growth

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon and Walmart seller accounts, ensuring full compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance, improve rankings, and increase revenue.
  • Monitor inventory, fulfillment performance, and account health metrics to prevent disruptions and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities such as new product launches, promotional campaigns, and competitive positioning initiatives.


Product Listings & Content Optimization

  • Create and maintain high-quality product listings with SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced content (A+ Content).
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic rankings and maximize conversions.
  • Ensure all product content is accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines.


Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and Walmart Connect.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize budget allocations to maximize return on investment.
  • Execute promotional initiatives including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Seasonal Discounts to boost visibility and sales.


Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and advertising ROI.
  • Leverage tools such as Amazon Business Reports, Walmart Analytics, and third-party platforms (e.g., Helium 10,
  • Jungle Scout) to extract actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues affecting performance, including suppressed listings, Buy Box loss, and fulfillment delays.


Customer Service & Compliance

  • Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and escalations to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies related to pricing, fulfillment, and product authenticity.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies, SEO, and advertising tools (Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools to track and improve performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive business growth in a competitive online marketplace.
  • Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Walmart fulfillment options is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
