Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer located in Manila. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical solutions to customers. They will also handle customer support and service related to IT products and services.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with database management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
