We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across all systems. This role demands a proactive individual skilled in network and server management, end-user support, and IT team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• System & Network Management: ** Proven expertise in maintaining servers, storage, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, internet systems) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Security Implementation: ** Strong background in configuring and managing network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) and implementing security tools to protect IT infrastructure.
• Help Desk & User Support: ** Skilled in providing comprehensive help desk support, resolving hardware/software/network issues, and managing user accounts/access.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: ** Proficient in continuous system performance monitoring, routine IT system maintenance, and data backup procedures.
• Asset & Documentation: ** Experience in IT hardware/software procurement, asset inventory management, and developing/maintaining IT system documentation.
• Technical Proficiency: ** Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Project/Visio, Microsoft Intune, Cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Data Servers, Web Host Domain Management, Laravel, and Inventory systems.
• Leadership: ** Ability to provide guidance and supervision to an IT team.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration or network/system support.
• Proven expertise in server, storage, and network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure management.
• Strong command of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) and data backup strategies.
• Adeptness in help desk support, user account management, and IT asset/software license tracking.
• Proficiency in system monitoring, routine maintenance, and comprehensive IT documentation.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Microsoft Intune & Cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Data Servers & Web Host Domain Management
• Laravel (PHP framework) & Inventory systems
• Ability to lead and guide an IT support team

Must Be Knowledgeable In:

• Laravel: Web development using the Laravel PHP framework.
• Cloud: Basic setup and management of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• SharePoint: Managing documents, permissions, and basic workflows in SharePoint.
• Web Host & Domain Management: Handling hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Data Server: Managing and maintaining data or database servers.
• Inventory:
• Understanding and supporting inventory systems and tools.
• Flexible with work location

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Full on-site at Cubao, Quezon City
