• Provide end-to-end support to brokers throughout the loan application process.
• Manage loan applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with NCCP Act.
• Utilize servicing calculators and systems to assist with borrowing capacities and approvals.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with brokers and clients while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and work autonomously to complete tasks efficiently
  
  
  

• Minimum 4 -6 years experience in mortgage/property loan processing, financial analysis, and online application systems like MyCRM and Apply Online
• Proficient in completing compliance documentation and handling lender negotiations, including policy discussions and pricing approvals
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a professional, client-focused environment.
• Expertise in valuations, repricing loans, and determining borrowing capacity using servicing calculators.
