簡介

1. Customer Development and Screening

  • Proactively contact the American designer group (interior design/architecture/staging) by phone to introduce the company's furniture product line and the advantages of B2B services
  • Conduct a preliminary qualification review based on the customer leads allocated by the CRM system to identify high-potential customers
  • Use standardized questionnaires or standard scripts to assess customer needs and establish customer classification labels

2. Promotion of Sales Process

  • Guide customers to visit the company’s website and complete registration through phone communication to achieve digital traffic diversion in the sales funnel
  • Answer customers’ primary inquiries regarding product basics, customized services, and logistics terms, and transfer complex issues to the US sales team
  • Regularly follow up on unconverted leads and increase customer activation rates through a combination of email and phone calls

3. Systematic Collaboration

  • Update the customer communication records in the CRM system (HubSpot) in real time
  • Work with the US team to optimize localized communication scripts (professional term optimization for the designer group)
  • Submit a customer behavior analysis report every week, providing feedback on market dynamics and suggestions for improving the sales pitch


職位要求

1. Essential Conditions

  • English proficiency at C1 level or above (Business oral test required) with the ability to express fluently
  • More than 2 years of B2B telesales experience; background in the furniture/building materials/design service industry is preferred
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Google Workspace office suite
  • Master professional telesales skills (demand mining, objection handling, cross-time zone communication)

2. Soft Qualities

  • Possess cultural sensitivity: Understand American business etiquette and the communication characteristics of the designer community
  • Data-driven thinking: Able to optimize workflow using indicators such as conversion rate and call duration
  • Stress resistance: Maintain a professional service attitude despite handling over 80 calls per day on average
