- Tracks and reports adverse drug reactions to ensure safety compliance
- Reviews and analyzes safety data from clinical trials and real-world use
- Leads safety signal detection and prepares regulatory safety reports
- Handles data entry and documentation of individual safety case reports
- Evaluates adverse event reports for medical accuracy and completeness
職位要求
- Licensed Nurse and Pharmacy with or without experience
