ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator (LinkedIn) to manage and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who can plan, execute, and refine ad strategies to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. You will focus on audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns meet key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform the following campaign strategy and execution responsibilities:
- Plan and budget for LinkedIn paid media campaigns, optimizing for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, seniority levels, and company sizes
- Research and select high-impact messaging and creative formats, including sponsored content, InMail, and display ads
- Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Perform the following performance optimization tasks:
- Evaluate campaign results continuously to optimize future strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve performance
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to meet ROI targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external departments
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements
- Experience and ability to perform data analysis
- Can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel
- Experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS in a B2B environment
- Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with professional audiences
- Proficiency in A/B testing and analyzing ad performance data
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid media platforms is preferred
- Basic ability to modify ad creatives in Canva or Figma when given direction is ideal
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferred
