Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Pasig. The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver winning products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met. The Product Manager will also analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product ownership, development or management
• Experience working with external stakeholders to develop programs and products
• Enjoys analyzing difficult problems to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and/or programs to various levels of management across the organization
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical knowledge relevant to fintech, digital transformation, or related fields
• Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the innovation roadmap for consumer loans onboarding journeys
• Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to solicit, refine and manage requirements
• Work with control teams to iron out risk mitigation and control designs and frameworks
• Work with technical delivery team to ensure timely and effective product roll out
• Work with operations, channel and sales teams to plot and execute production prudent but bold roll out plans
• Deliver best in class card and loan onboarding experience through continuous in-sighting and innovation.
