JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies by assisting in product launch management, contributing to marketing campaign development, aiding in customer segment and targeting research, supporting sales enablement initiatives, assisting with performance measurement and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and the competitive landscape.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.

• Experience with digital marketing, and analytics platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of stackable or modular product sales is a strong plus.
