This role will focus on digital marketing, trade marketing, advertising & promotions, and creative marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in food marketing, particularly in the seafood industry, and a strong understanding of consumer trends, retail strategies, and digital platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or seafood industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketing.
Experience in trade marketing, retail promotions, and distributor collaboration.
Understanding of seafood industry trends, sustainability practices, and market demand.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
Strong creative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
