Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing automation, email campaigns, and digital marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a structured approach to execution, and experience working with marketing technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Create and manage email campaign calendars, set up and schedule email campaigns, and generate insightful reports.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and document A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and enhance performance.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage automated email workflows and segmentation strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
- Website & Content Management: Maintain and update website pages, landing pages, and customer databases while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Marketing Tools & Systems: Utilize CMS, CRM, and Martech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach) to streamline marketing operations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to enhance email campaign performance and marketing workflows.
- Ad-hoc Support: Handle operational requests, data-related tasks, and marketing insights as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years in Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, methodical, and eager to learn new marketing tools and digital systems.
