The
Marketing Officer is responsible for collaboration and coordination of Retail Segments and Marketing Team’s Business Strategies, Branch Channel Engagements, Marketing Initiatives and other necessary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identifies product innovations and integrations, business strategy, marketing initiatives, and Channel Managements of Bank's various product units and sales channels to facilitate delivery of Protection Value Proposition to clients of the Bank.
- Recommends programs, interventions and campaigns to increase productivity, revenue and client penetration
- Responsible in information generation /logistics providing management reports that track performance of the JV
- Ensures alignment between non-life insurance and/or life insurance and appropriate bank units
- Promote and espouse risk management and protection values across the Bank, partners and customers by assessing, reviewing proposed program workflows, processes, risk and compliance assessments and obtaining clearances with BPI stakeholders i.e. Legal, Compliance, Risk, Project team etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Experience in conducting company analysis, industry analysis, and value chain analysis
- Knowledge in insurance products for customers and global environment, Life and Non-Life insurance processes and trends in the market industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills
