Providing tech support onsite for main office and other branches as applicable.
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks. (WSUS, Active Directory, WAZUH, Yeastar, Focalscope) Employees, client, and suppliers coordination.
Providing timely and accurate feedback.
Propose a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with clients and suppliers to ensure the problem is resolved.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications and systems.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new IT technologies.
Conducting safety checks and regular maintenance on equipment.
Offer training and support on new software and hardware. Training: How to use Yeastar, Fortinet VPN and other tools to newly hired employees.

With a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related course.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is a requirement.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based environment.
Experience and familiarity with VM Ware, 0365, CCTV Log Monitoring, and Door Access. With familiarity in Wazuh, Focalscope, and Hubspot is an advantage.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Willing to be assigned to client and work onsite every day in BGC office.
