Job Description:
- Serves as initial point of person upon arrival of clients at the clinic.
- Attends to their concerns by greeting, welcoming and assisting them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Properly and formally endorses the patient to the handling Aesthetic therapist or Aesthetic Doctor.
- Secures and maintains confidential patient records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the client in a friendly manner, attends to their concerns and assisting them in a professional way.
- Answer inquiries about items or treatments and provide details specific services offered
- Suggest products and services according to the client’s requirements, spending capacity, and lifestyle, and suggest a certain good or service.
- Provide product recommendations and product usage explanations that are tailored to the client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
- Endorse properly client services and concern to designated staff.
- Answer all incoming calls, inquiries and booking of appointment.
- Maintaining client relationships through follow-up mail and phone calls.
- Sending daily after care, booking confirmation and follow ups on every client
- Answer minor complains and unsatisfactory feedback.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Encode daily clinic sales.
- Must be knowledgeable about products and services.

Qualifications:
- With or without receptionist or front desk experience
- Must be willing to be trained
- Conversational / Good communication skills
