Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for Technology Consulting.
• Analyzing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities.
• Providing insightful financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to assigned client in Managed Services.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Monitoring and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profitability statements at engagement level, service level and Technology Consulting as a whole.
• Write and present clear and concise reports and presentation containing meaningful observations and recommendations to stakeholders and clients, including documentation of procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects;

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluating and improving financial processes and procedures.
• Implementing and managing sourcing tools and technologies to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
