THE JOB:

  • Engage potential clients using provided leads.
  • Promote the benefits of offshoring solutions to prospects across Australia and the United States.
  • Conduct outbound calls and send follow-up emails to introduce services, nurture relationships, and address client inquiries.
  • Prepare customized proposals and confidently present the company’s staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Proactively build and strengthen the company’s reputation in the staffing and offshoring industry.


Skills Required

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development within an offshoring or staffing company, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms for the agency.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing trust and fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong market awareness and the ability to assess client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and tasks while maintaining high productivity
