职位描述

  1. Repair and maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  2. Ensure workplace safety by fixing hazardous conditions.
  3. Perform general building maintenance, such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
  4. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  5. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
  6. Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet compliance standards.
  7. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
