• Conduct training for medical coders (ICD 10 CM, CPT, E/M Coding, RCM).
• Develop training modules, assessments, and updates.
• Consolidate and present coder performance reports.
• Provide refresher and onboarding training.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3- 5 years of expeirence
• Bachelor's degree required
