Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and employee relations.
Administer employee benefits and payroll tasks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Google Drive, google sheet. Google Docs. payroll software, strong analytical, and communication skills.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours. Must not allergic to pets
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
