Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
Monitor attendance records and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related concerns and escalate as needed.
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Assist with benefits enrollment, government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other HR administrative tasks.
Maintain inventory of office and HR supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
Can work independently and in a team environment.
