Responsibilities:

• Answering customers questions via phone and/or live chat
• Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
• Assist the customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue.
• Explaining the best solutions to the customers.
• Assist and check the customers feedback for improvement.

• Open for Highschool graduate, undergraduate and Bachelor's Degree.
• With 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service (Non voice/Voice and Live chat).
• With experience working in iGaming company.
• Willing to work outside the Philippines once needed.
• Willing to onsite interview once needed.
