职位描述

  • Responsible for managing and scheduling maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring timely reminders to customers
  • Tracking service records
  • Coordinating with the service department to ensure timely and accurate customer communication about their vehicle’s scheduled services
  • Accurately input and update customer information, maintenance schedules, and service records in the system.
  • Work closely with the service advisors and other staff members to provide a seamless service experience for customers.

职位要求

  • Must be a college graduate.
  • Keen attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
