We are hiring a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Officer who has experience in handling compensation and benefits.

This role is ideal for candidates who can manage both accounting functions and employee-related financial responsibilities.

• Prepare and monitor daily financial transactions
• Handle payroll processing, government contributions, and employee benefits
• Ensure accurate computation of compensation, deductions, and other payables
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and labor regulations
• Assist in audits, budgeting, and financial documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
• Experience in compensation and benefits is required
• Knowledge of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
