Descrição do Trabalho

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities with new and existing clients, presenting tailored logistics solutions that add value. 
  • Delight Clients: Serve as the main point of contact for customers — addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries. 
  • Manage Accounts: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups. 
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Collaborate with stakeholders to secure competitive pricing and win new business. 
  • Track & Report: Monitor shipments, analyze performance metrics, and prepare sales and service reports for management. 
  • Collaborate with the Tribe: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve processes. 
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years in logistics sales, customer service, or account management (preferably B2B). 
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. 
  • Sales Mindset: Ability to spot opportunities, pitch effectively, and close deals. 
  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and shipments at once. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, logistics platforms, and productivity tools.
